Creating access to transferable skills early in life with Susan Douglas, CEO of Girl Scouts of KY Wilderness Road

Susan talks about not only the typical 'cookies, crafts, and camps' aspect of Girl Scouts but also what girls get out of these activities - courage, confidence, and character.  With a focus on experiential learning, exploration, and learning by doing, Susan talks about durable and transferable skills, problem-solving, and how these kids have access to these meaningful opportunities early on in their lives.
